Harcy is an R&D company developing next-generation building materials from waste to enable a circular economy. The R&D project was approved by TÜBİTAK in 2022. It is a graduate of the 8th term of the Lonca Entrepreneurship Center, a subsidiary of Kuveyt Türk. Harcy was selected among the top 20 companies in Turkey at İTÜ Çekirdek BigBang 2022, organized by İTÜ Arı Technopark. It was also recognized as a "Technology Pioneer" by Hello Tomorrow, a France-based organization, ranking among the top 750 globally.
What Do We Do?
Harcy produces environmentally friendly and efficient building thermal and sound insulation materials from textile and PET waste. The developed insulation materials can be applied to buildings as external thermal insulation panels for cladding and external insulation applications, internal thermal insulation materials for partition walls, and as effective solutions for roof and underfloor insulation. Beyond thermal insulation, the materials provide stylish and effective solutions as acoustic panels for building interior acoustic designs. These materials are also used in automotive insulation, white goods insulation, and protective packaging solutions for electronic devices.
