Application Details
Preparation:
1- Clean and level the surface where the cladding will be applied.
2- Prepare the adhesive mortar.
Application:
3- Apply adhesive mortar to the panel and place it on the surface. The adhesive should be spread evenly across the panel, starting from the corners and attaching it to the wall. Gaps between panels should be minimized.
4- Use Dowels: To secure the Harcy Polyester Wool thermal insulation panels, use dowels. Place dowels in the center and corners of the panels and screw them in. This step prevents panels from loosening or falling over time.
5- Apply Plaster: After fixing the panels, apply the first layer of plaster evenly over the panels to create a smooth surface. Once dried, apply the second layer to completely cover the surface.
6- Reinforcement Mesh: Apply reinforcement mesh over the plaster to prevent cracking and enhance the durability of the insulation system. After placing the mesh, apply another layer of plaster.
Finishing:
7- Finally, apply external wall cladding. This enhances the building's aesthetic appearance and protects the insulation system from external factors.
Harcy Polyester Wool for External Wall Thermal Insulation is non-dusty and non-irritating, allowing easy application without gloves or masks. While providing insulation, its fibrous and water-repellent properties prevent dampness. It retains its insulation properties for the building's lifetime on the applied surface.
