Application Details
Preparation:
1- The area where the curtain wall system will be installed is inspected, cleaned, and made smooth.
2- Insulation panels suitable for the curtain wall system are prepared.
Application:
3- Insulation panels are placed between the profiles of the wall system. Panels should be cut and installed to cover all gaps.
4- Fixing: Panels are fixed to the system profiles using adhesive mortar or mechanical fasteners. This prevents the panels from being affected by external factors.
5- Supporting System: Profiles for the external cladding of the curtain wall are installed. These profiles support the cladding elements and act as load-bearing components.
Finishing:
6- External cladding materials (glass, metal, ceramic, composite panel, etc.) are mounted on the supporting profiles.
7- Joints and connection points are filled with waterproof and airtight sealants.
8- Final checks are made, and necessary adjustments are completed to ensure aesthetics and durability.
